  3. FUNCTION: Displays and allows changes to the read-only and archive attrubutes
  4.           of specified files.
  5.  
  6. FORMAT:   FA [filespec] [/P][/U][/T] [switchs]
  7.  
  8. TYPE:     Norton Utility Version 3.0
  9.  
  10. REMARKS:  filespec may include drive and path designations and global
  11.             characters.
  12.           /P causes the display to pause when the screen is full.
  13.           /U lists only unusual files,ie. those with attributes set or changed.
  14.           /T lists only the total count of files whose attributes were changed.
  15.           switchs can be /R+,/R-,/A+, or /A- to turn the read-only or archive
  16.             attributes on or off, or a combination of two of the above.
  17.           FA does not allow access to either the system or hidden attributes.
